Organizations that use NetSuite as their manufacturing ERP will now find a new section in their setup menu that is solely dedicated to manufacturing preferences.
In environments still operating on release 2020.1, the bulk of the manufacturing configuration is performed within Accounting Preferences (Setup > Accounting > Accounting Preferences), which is not particularly intuitive. Once your NetSuite instance is upgraded to 2020.2, you will see a link to Manufacturing Preferences under Setup > Manufacturing:
