NetSuite BPO Client Operational Cloud Service User

Client Operational User means a User login credential created by BPO for Client’s employees or contractors. A Client Operational User may not be assigned the system-defined roles of “Administrator” or “Full Access” (as such terms are defined in the NetSuite Help Documentation), or any configured role that is materially similar to such system-defined roles of Administrator or Full Access or grants right to create User login credentials.

NetSuite BPO Client Restricted Cloud Service User

Client Restricted User means a User login credential created by BPO for Client’s employees or contractors. A Client Restricted User is limited to the following access (as further limited by the specific Suite Offering): i) 'approval' access to transaction record types that have a general ledger impact; ii) 'create', 'edit', and 'approval' access to transaction record types that do not have a general ledger impact (excluding the standard transaction record types: “Project,” “Case,” “Issue” and “Knowledge Base”) iii) 'create' and 'edit' access to vendors, customers, partners, and contacts; iv) the same level of access allowed under the default role of “Employee Center” as defined by the Service; v) ‘create’ and ‘edit’ access to instances of custom record types; and vi) 'view' access to all record types.

NetSuite BPO Cloud Service User

BPO User means a User login credential created by BPO for an employee of BPO or an employee of BPO’s Affiliate.

NetSuite BPO Employee Self-Serv Cloud Service 5-Pk User

Client Employee Self-Service User (5-Pack) means five (5) “Employee Center” Users (as such term is defined in the NetSuite Help Documentation) created by BPO for Client’s employees or contractors.
