Have you wondered what type of NetSuite licenses are out there? Wonder no more - Below is a summary table of available NetSuite Licenses and a short description.  (Note: *licenses are subjected to change without notice. Check with your NetSuite representative or give us a call for the latest update*. )

 

 

**FUN FACT**:  NetSuite offers 2 free license types

- Accountant License - for outside accountants
- Implementation License (up to 6 months free) - for Solution Providers

| NetSuite Accountant Program Cloud Service User | General access user for Accountant Program |
| NetSuite Advanced Partner Center Cloud Service User | Access to the Advanced Partner Center for unaffiliated third parties doing business with customer. |
| NetSuite Alliance & SP Partner Implementation User       | Users of the NetSuite Alliance & SP Partner Implementation User are authorized to use: \*\* Maximum of fifteen (15) user log-ins per NetSuite account \*\* Maximum of six (6) month term from signature date \*\* SP partner must be the "Partner of Record" for the end customer account \*\* Limited for implementation purposes only \*\* Users must be employees of a NetSuite Alliance or SP partner in good standing \*\* Users must be identified by an email address for log-in that corresponds to the respective NetSuite alliance partner |

| NetSuite OpenAir PSA Client Cloud Service User   | Read-only access provided to clients or other types of restricted users. View associated project plans, invoices and workspaces. Ordered in blocks of 10 users.   |
| NetSuite OpenAir PSA Cloud Service User   | General Access User for OpenAir PSA. Fully configurable role and access privileges.   |

| Oracle NetSuite Planning & Budgeting Cloud Service User     | Users of the Oracle NetSuite Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service - Hosted Named User are authorized to access the following Cloud Service: • Oracle Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service • Oracle Financial Statement Planning • Oracle Strategic Modeling Oracle Cloud Policies: Your order for this Oracle Cloud Service is subject to the Oracle Cloud Hosting and Delivery Policies, which may be viewed at [www.oracle.com/contracts](http://www.oracle.com/contracts); however, this Cloud Service does not scan uploaded files for viruses.   |
| NetSuite Retail Clerk User   | Retail Clerk User provides a unique login for each retail clerk for point of sale integration   |
| NetSuite BPO Client Operational Cloud Service User   | Client Operational User means a User login credential created by BPO for Client’s employees or contractors. A Client Operational User may not be assigned the system-defined roles of “Administrator” or “Full Access” (as such terms are defined in the NetSuite Help Documentation), or any configured role that is materially similar to such system-defined roles of Administrator or Full Access or grants right to create User login credentials.     |
| NetSuite BPO Client Restricted Cloud Service User | Client Restricted User means a User login credential created by BPO for Client’s employees or contractors. A Client Restricted User is limited to the following access (as further limited by the specific Suite Offering): i) 'approval' access to transaction record types that have a general ledger impact; ii) 'create', 'edit', and 'approval' access to transaction record types that do not have a general ledger impact (excluding the standard transaction record types: “Project,” “Case,” “Issue” and “Knowledge Base”) iii) 'create' and 'edit' access to vendors, customers, partners, and contacts; iv) the same level of access allowed under the default role of “Employee Center” as defined by the Service; v) ‘create’ and ‘edit’ access to instances of custom record types; and vi) 'view' access to all record types.     |
| NetSuite BPO Cloud Service User | BPO User means a User login credential created by BPO for an employee of BPO or an employee of BPO’s Affiliate.   |
| NetSuite BPO Employee Self-Serv Cloud Service 5-Pk User | Client Employee Self-Service User (5-Pack) means five (5) “Employee Center” Users (as such term is defined in the NetSuite Help Documentation) created by BPO for Client’s employees or contractors.     |
