How To Request SOC Docs

What is a SOC report? SOC stands for service organization controls. Oracle NetSuite's SOC II is a type II report which means it covers both design and operating effectiveness, are prepared and audited by independent third-party auditors and covers controls on security, availability, and confidentiality.

In addition to the SOC report, NetSuite provides access to several other system audit reports. Here is a matrix of those available reports.

Here is how you can request a copy of the report to be sent to you:

  1. Log into your NetSuite Account Center (go to Support à Support Overview)
  2. Click on Privacy Compliance tab
  3. Click on Audit Report Request
  4. Click on new Audit Report Request, fill in the relative fields, and submit
  5. Reports will be emailed to the designated email withing 24 hours.
