If you are in the business of “buying or selling”, or “building or selling” you have probably asked this question many times throughout your process: “How much should I stock keep in stock?”. 
This question is very important and drives many business decisions. 

In any project, models or mock ups are the best way for Client’s to validate and communicate with the Project Team.  Written requirements and use cases are a great start and the next best step is to be able to see the functionality.  As a Project Manager, I have seen plenty of situations where Client’s expectations were not met, and development was already completed. This often results in frustration and wasted work.

This article is a continuation of my previous post, in which we started setting up a workflow using SuiteFlow to pre-populate several field values within a ticket record used by support staff to help improve their overall efficiency. We began by configuring the workflow itself, and then added a simple automation to set and unset the value of a custom field called “Completed By” based on the value of the “Status” field.  In the second half, we’ll dive deeper into workflows and use joins to source fields from other related records to populate additional fields on the ticket for an even more dynamic automation.

What is NPS?

Net Promoter Score (NPS) is an index to measure customer loyalty toward your company or service. Customers are asked to provide feedback about how likely they are to recommend your services in the future using a 0 to 10 scale.
