In NetSuite, you can create saved csv mappings, so that you can save time mapping fields for reoccurring imports. However, you must mark them as Public for other users to access the mapping.
Navigate to Setup > Import/Export > Saved CSV Imports. Locate the saved mapping and click the Private hyperlink under the Access column. Hit the Public checkbox on the new window. You can select specific roles, subsidiaries, employees or departments. Click Save.
This mapping should now appear on the Saved CSV Imports list for the specified users/other segmentations.
