We find ourselves in the midst of an implementation process, and the timing of the upcoming NetSuite release updates couldn't be more inconvenient. It's right in the heart of our user acceptance testing phase, which not only poses a risk of disrupting our testing but also threatens to delay our go-live plans. Historically, unless you were subscribed to premium support, you had no choice but to adhere to the assigned release update schedule.
