In any case, in that video I demonstrated one way to count inventory in NetSuite using a handheld. The other way is through the Smart Count SuiteApp which is included with your NetSuite WMS license. These two process options are both available to you, but Smart Count is considered the latest and greatest from NetSuite and will continue to receive updates as the software matures.
