When creating a new standard promotion, you still have some options as to how to apply the promotions on orders.

Take a look at the images below – you can enter in Start/End Dates, Free Shipping, Locations, Minimums, and the actual Discount for this promotion. In addition, you can set the type of function for this promotion, whether it is going to be a one-time or multiple uses. You can also set the items that you may want this promotion to apply to or even exclude items that shouldn’t have this promotion.
Once you enter in the information regarding the header and then promotion and item options, you can save it and start using it on orders
