Follow the steps outlined below:
- Navigate to Setup > Users/Roles > Manage Roles.
- Locate the custom role you wish to modify and click "Edit."
- Within the edit mode of your custom role, scroll down to the "Subsidiary Restrictions" section and select "Selected."
- Upon clicking "Selected," a prompt will appear allowing you to choose multiple subsidiaries from the list provided.
- Note: To select multiple subsidiaries, hold down the "CTRL" key while clicking on the subsidiaries of choice.
- Save your changes.
- Finally, confirm that the employee/user record is updated to grant access to the role you edited, which now includes access to multiple subsidiaries.
