Find me on:

When you originally implemented NetSuite, you chose the best addons, integrations, and customizations for your business needs at that time. But are you able to stay competitive with the solutions you chose years ago?

As a manufacturing or distribution company, you need your warehouse running smoothly in order to stay competitive. When an order comes in, you need to be able to find and send those goods to a customer in a timely fashion. But, if you are dealing with a high volume of orders, bulk orders, serialized inventory, etc., you’re going to need more than standalone NetSuite can offer.

You need a warehouse management system (WMS) that can help you pinpoint exactly where your products are in the warehouse so that your warehouse department wastes no time getting products out to customers. On top of that, you’d want it to integrate into NetSuite seamlessly so that you can leverage data collected on both ends.

With the right WMS in place, you reduce labor costs and risk of errors that come with disconnected systems and manual processes – which is likely a big reason you moved to NetSuite to begin with.

At Concentrus, we are a NetSuite solutions partner that specializes in helping companies find the right WMS that to meet their business needs. As such, we typically see companies either follow what we like to call an “evolution” of NetSuite WMS (see below) as they grow, or they skip straight to the end and implement a scalable WMS solution to help them handle a higher volume of orders with minimal errors.

Looking for the right WMS to go with NetSuite? Or, do you already have a WMS, but you see some limitations in where you are now and what your goals are? Check out the pros and cons are of each WMS for NetSuite you can take so that you can make an informed decision about what your next steps should be.
